I need an ass whooping....

I haven't written down a WW point all week. I've not been eating entirely crappily, but I'm not keeping track.

The #1 proven way to motivate yourself to lose weight is to write down what you eat. I know that. I've done that. I know I can do it. So why don't I?

Someone kick my butt. Right here. Through the internet.

I have a terrible secret. My husband and I are watching our money as we are about to embark on a huge move across an ocean, and I have been using an old credit card in my name to eat junk food whenever I am on my own driving to work.

Double cheeseburgers, fries, oh my god the guilt and the calories.

Today I just cut up the card, so more cheating!

If I can do that, you can do anything!
